By September, many of us feel the quiet ache of burnout creeping in—the long stretch of the year behind us, our inner light flickering under the weight of responsibilities, uncertainty, and relentless pace. Ignite & Sustain is a restorative one-day retreat designed to help you rekindle your energy, reconnect with your purpose, and tend the fire that fuels your leadership from within.

Through the healing presence of horses and the grounding power of Gestalt, we will explore what it means to not just spark your inner fire, but to sustain it. What are the elements that keep your flame alive? What do you need to let go of in order to burn brighter?

In this experiential workshop, you will:

Reconnect with your inner compass through intuitive equine encounters

Identify what fuels your personal fire—and what dims it

Explore practices for sustainable leadership, clarity, and self-trust

Leave with tools to reignite hope, direction, and resilience

Horses, as sentient and deeply present beings, will help mirror your inner landscape and support you in identifying how to meet your own needs with honesty and compassion. You’ll leave with not only a sense of renewal, but practical insight into how to preserve your energy and live in alignment with your values.

This retreat is ideal for those who lead teams, organizations, or simply themselves—anyone seeking to show up more fully without burning out.

No horse experience needed. No riding involved.

Lunch: A nourishing catered meal will be shared on the farm.

Accommodations: Local overnight stays are available in charming Newburyport, for those who wish to extend their time to reflect and restore.
