Compensation & Culture: Aligning Pay with Purpose

Compensation & Culture: Aligning Pay with Purpose

Reimagine Pay Practices with Intention and Integrity - get prepared for the 2027 budget year!

This series is designed for leaders ready to take a closer look at how their compensation systems reflect, or contradict, their values. Whether you’re continuing from the Soul-Full HR® Leadership Cohort or joining as a new participant, this cohort and three-session journey will help you move from uncertainty or inherited practices to a clear, equitable, and transparent approach, perfectly timed to prepare for the 2027 budget year. We’ll dig into the philosophy behind how and why you pay people, identify considerations to align with your culture and capacity, and support you in creating a phased compensation implementation plan.

Session 1: Define Your Philosophy
Explore the values that drive your compensation choices. Get grounded in what equity, transparency, and sustainability mean for your organization.

Session 2: Design a New Plan
Discuss some of the factors to consider as you’re thinking about what a new compensation structure looks like for your organization. This will include: roles/responsibilities, internal equity, individual/team performance, and salary compression.

Session 3: Implement with Integrity
Consider how to communicate your plan with clarity and care. We’ll touch on how to hold 1:1 conversations and bring your whole team along with your new plan.
