Welcome to Conscious Cottage

Step into a place where ideas flow freely and connections thrive. Conscious Revolution created this space located at 10 Cottage Road in South Portland, Maine, in 2024 to be our home and a place that we share with our community.

Our thoughtfully designed space offers the perfect setting for an intensive strategy session, a creative workshop, or a community gathering that brings people together. Filled with natural light, comfortable seating arrangements, and all the amenities you need to stay relaxed, connected, and inspired, our doors are open to you as a temporary home away from home.

The First Floor

Open concept living room, kitchen, private conference room, and office . This space accommodates up to 5 people.

The Second Floor

Accommodates up to 12 people when set up as a conference room or up to 20 people as a sanctuary space (yoga mats and blankets are available). Additionally there is a bathroom with a shower.

The Details

Included

  • Wifi and a/v through sharing your computer screen with a Samsung Art TV in both the living room and second floor.

  • The kitchen has coffee, water, and seltzer available. This space can be used for cooking and dining.

  • Multi-split heating/cooling in each room for your comfort. Printing/copying/scanning is available.

  • There is ample free public parking surrounding the area.

Accessibility

  • The building has two steps at the front door entrance and has one flight of stairs to get to the second floor - 14 steps with a railing.

  • Both restrooms on both the first and second floor are single stalls.

Rates

  • Partial day (4 hours or less): $500.00

  • Full day: $1,000.00

  • Hourly rates are available upon request.
