Live Virtual Sound Bath
Join from home or work, wherever you can settle into a comfortable, quiet space with headphones. This live and virtual sound bath is a guided listening experience that supports nervous system regulation, stress release, and restoration. No preparation or prior experience required.
This is not a meeting, training, or productivity exercise. It is a space to pause, receive, and recharge, individually or alongside others.
Participants are welcome to attend on their own, teams can join together, or organizational leaders can gift this experience to a team or group as a meaningful form of care and support!
About the practice:
Research in neuroscience and psychophysiology shows that sound-based practices can help shift the body out of a chronic stress response by supporting parasympathetic nervous system activation. Sustained tones, rhythm, and vibration have been shown to lower heart rate, reduce cortisol levels, and support improved mood, focus, and overall well-being. Sound baths offer an accessible, low-effort way to support mental and emotional health in high-demand environments.
