Who Decides, and Why It Matters: Trust in Action…Linking Responsibilities to Decisions

Who Decides, and Why It Matters

This series is designed for leaders and teams who want to build clarity and confidence around how decisions get made and roles are defined, so that harm from ambiguity is minimized, alignment is strengthened, and trust is supported. We encourage you to attend both sessions, though attending one can also be valuable on its own!

Why this matters:
Unclear decision-making and ambiguous roles can create confusion, frustration, and even harm within organizations. When it’s not clear who decides what, how decisions are made, or what each role is responsible for, mistakes happen, conflicts arise, and trust can erode.

Trust in Action…Linking Responsibilities to Decisions
In this session, we’ll explore how roles connect to decision making. You’ll practice mapping responsibilities in ways that make roles clear, help everyone understand their part in decisions, and reduce overlap or misunderstandings that can lead to harm.

What you’ll take away:

  • Practical tools to clarify decision-making processes in your team or organization

  • Greater awareness of how roles connect to accountability

  • Strategies to prevent confusion, conflict, and missteps
